School excursion to Fort Liezele
Fort Liezele is the ideal destination for a class outing. The offer is light-hearted and dynamic, with great attention to didactic clarity and a high experience factor. Moreover, pupils and accompanying persons enjoy a discounted rate. The museum can accommodate up to 100 students at a time.
With or without a guide
School groups can choose either an individual visit, their own guidance or the use of our fort guides.
For practical reasons, one guide will take a maximum of 20 students. The classroom in the back (capacity 40 people) can be opened up.
Practical info
Schools can book their guide(s) through the ticket page at least two weeks in advance. For a group visit without a guide, tickets can be purchased on the day, but advance booking is recommended.
A tour lasts about 2 hours, but the duration can be adjusted according to the group's expectations. No special clothing or footwear is required.
Catering for schools
School groups can consume their own packed lunch in the fort café. Although it is not possible to consume your own drinks there as well.

Plan your visit
The fort is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Tuesdays and on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
A visit takes about two hours and a quadrilingual audio guide is included.
